Why Coach with Me?
I absolutely LOVE what I do. I have literally always been known for my passion for helping people take responsibility for their emotional wellbeing, their positive mental attitude and for living a full and happier life.
I have worked with both young people and women for almost 4 decades in a vast number of settings, from being a youth worker, education specialist, entrepreneur, life coach, business coach NLP trainer and speaker.
I am often invited to speak about my experiences to audiences at domestic abuse and violence awareness conferences, within faith communities, statutory and voluntary sectors working with women as well as frequently appearing on community and international radio stations.
Having been an entrepreneur for over a decade and having various qualifications and accreditation such as a MBA in Developing Business; provides me with cutting edge strategies to move my clients through change.
